Marvin communicated well throughout this project. I was never left wondering when his crew would show up – he kept me updated on progress. His team of workers were one of the politest, cleanest and efficient that I have encountered – it was a pleasure working with them. Very punctual. When we encountered more damage than we’d anticipated, Marvin brought in additional expertise and help to get some beams and joists replaced. Every night, the work area was cleaned up and during the painting phase, everything was masked off well. Once the deck was virtually rebuilt because of the damage, then he was able to re-install the drainpipe that had been causing much of the water damage. I found Marvin very helpful and knowledgeable and will definitely use him again.
